Mediterranean Tuna Antipasto Salad

Ingredients:
2.6 oz. drained, Starkist Chunk Light Tuna
4 ounce, canned garbanzo beans (rinsed)
1 tbsp chopped red onion
1/2 tbsp chopped parsley
0.25 tsp chopped Rosemary
8 grape tomatoes
0.25 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 mini cucumber, sliced or chopped
0.50 Medium avocado, diced
0.50 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
Sea salt, to taste
Fresh ground black pepper, to taste
Directions:
Combine beans, tuna, bell pepper, onion, parsley, rosemary in a medium bowl. Season with pepper. Combine the lemon juice, oil, and red wine vinegar in a small bowl. Pour dressing mixture over salad and toss.
Serve as is or on the greens of your choice.
